Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Daybreaker Inshore Charters, we strive to make every trip smooth and fair for our clients. Here’s how our booking and cancellation process works:

Deposits

  • A $200 deposit is required to secure your charter date and time.
  • This deposit goes toward the total cost of your trip.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled departure time to receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will forfeit the full deposit.

Weather Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions make it unsafe or unproductive to fish, we will personally call you as soon as possible to discuss your options. You will have the choice of:

  • A full refund of your deposit, or
  • Applying the deposit as a credit toward a rescheduled trip.

We always work directly with you to find the best solution — no automated decisions.

Rescheduling

We’re happy to reschedule your trip when possible. Please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate your preferred new date.
